Literally everything was perfect, and we will be back, and we will absolutely stay at this house again. It's the only place I would stay in the Florida Keys. « The townhome was large and I liked the layout so everyone had their own space. There are multiple balconies which was one of our favorite places to hang out while there. The sunrise/sunsets at the beach were beautiful! We were busy so didn’t spend much time in the lagoon or pools but the grounds were well-kept. »

« We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back. »

« Right from when I booked the property to arriving and departing, the communication from Mary was great. There was even the issue of water one day - that affected the entire community, because county had to work on a broken pipe. Mary coordinated with HOA and kept me posted. Instructions were very clear. House itself was great. It has kayaks, location is awesome. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and the house in general.
