« Communication with the owner was excellent, could not have asked for a better property manager. Amenities in the backyard and the pool area were super nice along with a great Tiki Bar. Amazing views of the sunrise over the bay from the dock were awesome in the morning while drinking coffee along with by sitting by the fireplace at night enjoying a night cap Overall we had great time and would have no hesitation on coming back! »

« Stayed here for 2 weeks with friends renting the other side. planned on doing more excursions but staying here with the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, and being on the water we were content just to enjoy all the amenities! The hosts were very helpful if we had any questions. Would gladly book again. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay. We could tell the owner’s family has enjoyed the property, which provides a certain warmth. Owners must be short of stature. Low toilets and mirrors (at 5’9” I could not see my entire face w/o squatting a bit). No usable closet in MBR. Wild life in the canal-including a manatee! Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Everyone we met was friendly at Key Colony. Very quiet. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Hot tub was quite clean. We would return, except maybe...

« The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio on the canal was a great place for our happy hour. The nearby Cabana Club with beach and pool were fabulous. Excellent location with plenty to do and places to eat. And our neighbors were very friendly.Thank you so much! »

« Great property on a dead end street in the beautiful community of Key Colony Beach ! Homeowner Luis was extremely helpful and communicative as we stayed at this property for an entire month . Beds very comfortable, all new appliances, and fantastic location to keep a boat on a very calm and well protected canal . They provided us with brand new magnifying mirror and light and 4 new cruising bicycles which were fantastic ! Highly recommend this property !! »
