Nos merveilleux cottages à Keuka Park

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."

"Le site a besoin de rénovation. Le lit était confortable et pas vu d'insete nuisible. Il est situé en face d'un petit mall. A notre arrivé, la réceptionniste (Jennifer) était très gentille et nous a référer de bon resto."

"Loin de tout, vétuste, aucun service, déjeuner continental = Frootloops et gaufres en poudre pleine de sucre, pas de fruit ni de jus. Aucun employé a l'accueil. Nous suggèrent des restos qui sont fermés. L'endroit où aller pour une seule nuit si vous êtes mal pris. Donne l'impression du resort du film Shining"
