Remodeled 2B Warm Springs Base Sawtooth Condo

Completely renovated Sawtooth Condo at the base of Warm Springs with Gorgeous mountain views. Steps from the Warm Springs lifts and base lodge. Enjoy 4 seasons of outdoor activities from this location. Skiing, Fly Fishing, Mountain Biking, and hiking all right outside your door. Easy parking , ski closet access, and community Hot Tub make this property an ideal spot for your Sun Valley vacation.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking.

Enjoy all the benefits of staying at the Iconic Warm Springs Base Area. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Apre Ski at the Warm Springs Lodge or walk over to Apples and get some local flavor.

Ski Storage Closet

Free local buses stop is in front of the Warm Springs base lodge. They go into
town, and to Sun Valley. Full schedule at www(dot)mountainrides(dot)org

Storage Closet: Please no skis, fishing gear etc. in the unit. Please use the storage closet at the top
of the stairs, the key is in the lockbox. Skis can also be stored at the Warm Springs base lodge which
makes walking over and back very easy.

Sleeper Sofa: Bedding (if not already made up) is in the back-bedroom closet.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***

Great base camp for exploring Sun Valley
We rode bikes, enjoyed the good food, and would have loved the sights, if it hadn't been so smoky, due to summer fires. That said, this is a great property, outside the busy-ness of downtown Ketchum, but still close enough to ride there by bike. It was comfortable inside as well, which was good because we spent more time indoors than we had originally planned.

Excellent Condo!
My husband and I were there for work, so we needed operational space as well as living space. The condo is wonderful! Clean, quiet, spacious, and the drawers were filled with everything we could ever need, from pepto-bismol to nail clippers. The bed was super comfy, and we were grateful to have A/C and a washer & dryer. The location at the end of own was great, nice and quiet. Ample parking made this an easy place to get in and out. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very nice condo in excellent condition. Easy ten minute walk to lifts or easy drop off for skiers. Very well equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the amenities. Great view of mountain. Overall it was a wonderful week. The condo was great. Had all the amenities needed to cook, relax and enjoy. Very close to mountain skiing. Very close to downtown Ketchum. Property owners were great to deal with and quick to reply to all questions. Would stay here again. Hopefully next year!!

Truly Awesome Condo!
This beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo far exceeded our expectations. It is lovingly outfitted with every conceivable item we needed, most notably a fabulous kitchen fully stocked with spices, baking supplies, high-end dishes and cutlery, really great! The unit was quiet with an excellent gas fireplace, quality washer/dryer and dishwasher, all first class. We had only disappointment: we thought the unit was "ski-in/out" but it is actually a 3-4 block walk to the lifts which was too far for us so we would drive to the base instead. Still one of the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Awesome Property!
Quiet and super convenient location with a great views of the mountain (walking distance to the Warm Springs Lodge ) - all in a super clean and well appointed condo that has absolutely everything you need for your stay. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sun Valley!

Everything about this unit was excellent! It's a five minute walk to the slopes and an eight minute drive to town, location all around is great. The unit is clean, the layout is spacious, and it is equipped with everything you need throughout the unit. The property manager responded within an hr anytime we had a question. We'll definitely stay here again!

The condition of the property was great. Very homey and comfortable. It is located on the Warm Springs side which is less busy. Parking was convenient and it is a short walk to the lifts. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Sun Valley and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was spacious, graciously stocked with those little extras you might forget to buy at the store and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes! Close enough to walk, but we generally just drove with our gear to the free parking lot at Warm Springs!

This lovely property had everything we needed. Something for everyone--from the peaceful patio with beautiful views to comfy livingroom to watch football. The home was clean and updated. It was well cared for and arranged with guests in mind. The property owner was very responsive. Can't wait to stay here again!

Lovely, quiet condo in Warm Springs. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the comforts of home. Kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals. Good air conditioning unit. No issues with hot water and good shower pressure. Master bed is comfortable. But the most important thing is how quiet and relaxing this property was. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the view of the ski resort. Would stay again. Thanks!
