There were a few other small things that could be improved such as replacing the toaster with one that works and fixing the toilet paper holder in the bathroom.But the host was responsive when I messaged that the door entry code didn’t come through. »

« Had some time to get away and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything was exactly as described. Nice seclusion. The host was friendly and offered his services at a moments notice. The private lake is gorgeous. Don't forget to bring your fishing gear! Would recommend and hopefully will return in the future. »

« A cozy cottage with a well-stocked kitchen, spotless bedsheets and towels, and an inviting outdoor area. We couldn't make use of the patio furniture due to the weather, but did enjoy the view and the sounds of the rushing water. The large covered porch came in very handy as we could still sit outside and use the barbeque while it rained. We appreciated having chopped wood on hand for the stove, and also the Ontario Parks permit. We did manage to go hiking in Arrowhead one of the days. Thank you...

« What a wonderful place! As all guests have noted, the cottage is extremely comfortable and beautiful. On cold winter days the wood stove (and plentifully supplied wood) keeps the house cosy, and the vast glass front to the cottage allows one to feel you are sitting in the woods. In December it was extremely quiet, we didn't see anyone else nearby or on the lake - making for a very remote and relaxing experience. « This is an extremely pleasant, comfortable cottage, and we had a marvellous stay! The living area is spacious with splendid windows that look out on the lake and a terrific wood burning stove. It being February, it was covered in ice and snow. There were snowshoes at the cottage which we used on the lake and in nearby Arrowhead Provincial Park. We definitely want to go back! »
