"Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...

"Good service, kind of upscale bath products and pajamas. Good use of space for coffee/tea. Everything looked good inside. Didn't like the outside area near it's entrance. But very easy access to bus and trains, right next to the hotel. "

"We only stayed one night as we are in transition in Kyoto, but this hotel amazed us!!! It is very close to Tokyo station (walking <5 min), facilities are extremely convenient (luggage locker, self check-in), our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. We wished we could spend more time in Kyoto!"

"This hotel isn't a far walk from Kyoto Station which was very convenient. A good amount of food options nearby. The staff was very friendly with the breakfast buffet having a good amount of options. I wish there was a self-laundry site but they do offer laundry services."
