"This was my second time at this property. I love that it has a public bath and is the reason I stopped again in Kyoto on my way to Tokyo. The room has everything that I needed. It’s a short walk from the Kyoto train station which has everything imaginable. Shops, restaurants, name it. The Japanese outdid themselves with that station. I got lost several times because it is so big. The staff are great as it appears to be at most Japanese establishments. I hope to come back again."

"The staff here were excellent. We had some difficulty with health for my children and at midnight when it first happened they were very helpful and continued for the remainder of our stay. Nice people, very professional. It’s easy to find and walk to from the train station but not noisy. Having the 7/11 downstairs was very helpful especially with kids. Only recommendation is to have more washing machines as they were being used a lot, especially through the night. It was hard to get one...
