The lower area can be closed off and used like a separate unit if needed, with a separate entrance. Historic downtown Liberty is a short drive away, boasting shops on the square and that hometown feel. This home is conveniently located near the hustle and bustle of the Liberty Triangle for easy shopping, but tucked back in the trees so that a quiet evening walk with the dog is possible. Hike a nearby trailhead at Stocksdale Park or take the pups to the new Betty Anderson Dog Park; explore the sites of downtown Kansas City, or take in a game at the Royals/Chiefs Stadiums. After the day's fun, head back to this cozy abode to watch the sunset out back with the stone fireplace with loved ones!

We also believe that small details can make a big difference in your experience, which is why we provide Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper, Dove body was, and quality shampoo and conditioner for our guests to use during their stay. We want you to feel pampered and at home during their stay.

Our smart locks allow for 24-hour contact-free-check-in and check-out, giving you the flexibility to arrive and depart on your own schedule. We provide each guest with a unique code that is only valid during their stay, ensuring their safety and convenience.

We know that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to ensure that our guests have peace of mind when booking their stay with us. As such, there is travel insurance offered on some of the booking sites. If it is available, you will see the option(s) at the time of checkout, as well as information on the policy. Any questions about the policies need to be directed to the provider, as it is a third-party service that we cannot answer for. We want you to feel confident when booking your stay with us, knowing that you have protection.

**House Rules**

We want all welcome you to our short-term rental! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we have established the following rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and any other smoking related products. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a cleaning fee and will be asked to leave without refund. Where smoking is allowed outside of a property, dispose of all butts into something safe and place in the exterior trash cans. Do not bring the butts back into the unit to throw away.

Parties are not allowed on the property at any time. Our rental is located in a residential area and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

We have a strict maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in our listings. Guests who exceed this limit will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking, as we follow our stated cancellation policies.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed noise and occupancy monitors as well as exterior cameras. These devices are intended to detect excessive noise levels, occupancy over the maximum allowed limit, and any unusual activity outside the rental. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited, and guests who do so will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours are between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. unless otherwise stated.

Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Guests who bring pets without approval may be asked to leave without a refund. If the unit is listed as no pets, then no pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, what kind of pets and how many are allowed will depend on the property and pet waste needs to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste back into a unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.

Please note that you will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement outlines all of our policies and procedures and will be sent to you electronically upon booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement may cause your reservation to be forfeited and your booking my be cancelled without a refund. By booking our rental, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement in a timely manner. A copy of the rental agreement can be found on the Complete BnB property management website if you want to look at it first.

Mold - Plastic Bags on Windows and no immediate phone access with Property Manager
The property needs to come off the market until the Mold is 100% dealt with completly due to the plastic coverings on all the windows. This is listed in other reviews. Also, the descriptions for locking the house door is inaccurate and inconsistent in the DACK App descriptions. It says one things in ACCESS and another in Amenities. Downstairs had not been cleaned when we checked in. Stained Pillow Casess and dirt on the downstairs blanket that didn't fit the bed. Sticky Kitchen chairs and stained couches. Also, you have no phone access to Alan in the Property Management Office - but he does reply promptly. We asked him about a courtesy check out at noon. No answer on that point. Asked him to pay for hotel room for 1 night while mold was temporarily wiped down by cleaners. No response. No warning of any kind that cleaners were coming or a courtesy phone call. They just turned up which is a problem as we travel with valuables in the house. We had to put my asthmatic wife up in a hotel as Mold aggravates her condition. No interest to pay for the hotel or reply to discuss or call at all. House has a smell in it as well likely due to the mold. There is all kinds of trash on the front porch, Paint Cans, Water Bottles and stuff all covered in bugs. Neighbours do indeed have dogs as stated in previous reviews - they do bark but not all the time. Back garden needs severe attention. Kitchen nice, stocked, and big place. Washer and dryer were nice.

Baseball Tournament Stay
Overall good stay. We stay July 30th - August 4th. Hot water heater went out they came out within the hour and fixed it. Beds were comfy. There was spiders outside the home and large ants. Overall nice home close to activities, food and most importantly the baseball fields.

Spacious pet-friendly home in Liberty
Enjoyed our stay. Spacious and comfortable home in a good location. Be aware, the driveway is steep. We have an SUV and scraped a few times. The towels set out on the bed for us were still wet/damp so we had to dry them before we showered. The windows in the upstairs master were covered in clear plastic so you couldn't open them. Next door neighbor has 3 large dogs (the neighbor's yard is fenced in, but they barked a lot at our dogs when they went outside). Backyard furniture and area could use some cleaning/updating. Also, had to download a new app that required my DOB to be able to unlock the doors instead of just being sent a code.

A few hiccups but good
House was hard to find using Google maps. There were no hand towels and only one washcloth. One bed did not have a top sheet. The bath mats were these decorative foam jigsaw puzzle things that were slick as ice when wet. Not good. However, when I contacted the owners, they brought us new towels, washcloths, and sheets. The house was in a great location close to shopping, dining, and the interstate for trips into the city. Beyond the few hiccups, it was a good place to stay.
