"When you come to Kamsar, one doesn't expect much and is prepared not to find all amenities that are usually found in an hotel of this category. While understanding the difficulties to run an hotel with limited resources, I still expect the basic facilities such as some water to flush the toilets or warm water to take a shower (even if it is in limited supply). In the 3 days of my stay, I had to change rooms because the electricity switch was broken and I had no water, the second room was better...
