« It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »

« We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return! »

« We came to Newport for the bowens warf seafood fest and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The location of the rental was perfectly set in town. Walkable to just about anywhere. « Just stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding weekend and our experience was amazing! Seamless check in! The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us. Located central to everything we were able to walk everywhere and avoid Ubers. It was an a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again! »

« This property was perfect for us! We visited with my family (2 adults, 1 child) and my senior parents. Easy walking to downtown and to the mansions, plenty of space. We appreciated the parking availability in the back. This place has 2 levels and 3.5 bathrooms - plenty of room to sleep all of us (my daughter slept just fine on the pull-out sofa bed). Super clean, big, modern bathrooms, great communication. We love Newport and would definitely stay here again. I will warn that the street noise...
