« It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »

« Property was great! Very clean and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. We did get woken up at 1am when all of the 20 years old got out of the bars … but comes with the location! »

« The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones. »

« Went with my husband, his sister and her husband. Location was perfect. Very clean. We were looking for a baking sheet to make breakfast turnovers. It was on your list but none in the condo. We bought two and put them in with the cutting boards for your next guests. Some noise from heavy feet upstairs but not bad. They were not loud, just heavy walkers. « Overall, the property is great! Wonderful location and plenty of space for 3 couples. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay and we had to call maintenance for the gas fireplace and a flickering overhead light. The fireplace was quickly fixed but the light needed more time so we had just the bedside lamp for the stay. There was also no water run to the ice maker so that was a little disappointing. The top floor master suite got super cold the night it snowed. Not sure if the heat...

« This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer. »
