« It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »

« This place was wonderful and the host was amazing! No list of things to do before you checkout. It was a little noisy because it is on bust street, but we knew that going into it. Totally worth it! I would stay again. »

« We go to Newport every summer with friends and have stayed at other short term rentals as well as many hotels. This stay cannot be more centrally location, so spacious and clean and easy and will definately be booked next summer for our stay. Cant say enough!!! Thank you »

« Awesome location! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Nice big open floorplan - lots of natural light! Perfect set up for our stay! Prior to check in we received a very detailed welcome book w/ all the information we needed during our stay; check-in/check-out instructions, etc. We had trouble w/ the code getting into the unit (our fault) and Matt responded within minutes. We had a great weekend and worked perfectly! Highly recommend!! »

« We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

« The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones. »

« Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. »

« We stayed this past weekend. Good location. However very small living room. Also there was no one in the place and they still would not let us check in until 4pm. They were rude about it. Didn’t like that. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was comfy though. Also they need to update things. A bit outdated »
