« The room was smoke free and pretty clean. I did find it a bit warm and difficult to turn the thermostat down. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly and would go out of their way just to come to my door and ask if I needed things. Here’s the problem: the hotel advertises itself as having English language service, and in truth this service was very limited. I chose this hotel because it was a USA based hotel chain that advertised English service. I had difficulty communicating with most...
