Uncomfortable beds, better value elsewhere.
I will avoid staying here in the future due to the poor quality of the beds and mattresses. I stay in a lot of hotels and short term apartment rentals since I’ve literally been living out of hotels for work in Poland the last four plus months. So when I say that the beds and mattresses are the most uncomfortable that I have experienced here in Poland they statement is not from someone who has stayed in two or three places over the past year but by someone who has stayed in over twenty different hotels and apartments recently.
The furniture is basically a frame that looks like it is from IKEA or similar, there is no foundation box spring or plywood and just the bed slats with a cheaper foam mattress on top. When you first lay on it, it appears to be comfortable enough but after laying on it for a few hours you can feel the bed slats through the mattress and it does not support properly causing pressure points and poor rest/sleep. In my humble opinion, when talking about a hotel or apartment rental, the most important thing is a comfortable nights rest.
I spoke to the property manager and she confirmed that other guests have also complained about the bed’s lack of comfort for some time now but the owner does not wish to spend the money on better bedding.
If you need a place to accommodate a large group on a budget, this is ok. If you want comfort, then look elsewhere.
