"Bien pratique sur la route du ski. Certaines chambres coté autoroute donc bruyante. Beaucoup de monde au restaurant surtout pour le petit déjeuner. Le samedi, jour de chassé croisé, longue attente devant la machine à café et manque des verres, des cuillères….Bien pour 1 nuit étape avec chambre familiale pour 4."
"Tranquil location from hustle bustle of city center. Lounge area on 2nd level offers a very relaxing atmosphere for hobbies or quiet conversations or just resting. Very good!"
"Probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed at to date.
Impeccable service. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The spa area is nice and private.
The breakfast was amazing.
Can’t wait to return. "
"The reason for the stay was we were breaking our train journey, and this hotel is right by the station. It's a little basic but functional, and the only real criticism would be that the shower was a bit feeble. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast too, and both were good
We'd stay again if the circumstances repeated"
"For a bed for the night it was great, I arrived at 11:30pm, had an access code to get in, everything worked perfectly and I got 6 hours cracking sleep before I left at 06:00 the following morning, even the vending machines worked in the reception area for coffee and juice. "
"Really enjoyed our stay here although we were surprised when we drove up to it as it didn't look at all like the picture online. Saying that the staff were welcoming and the food was excellent and good value. The room was basic but adequate. Overall we would stay here again"
"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do...
"Super nice studio room in La Lechere! My husband and I stayed there for skiing in the Three Valleys resort. About a half hour drive for most of the skiing but a good location to be able to ski at different areas each day. The hot tub is not free FYI, there is a charge for a day pass but they are nice thermal spring pools. Tiny kitchen works perfect for two people for simple meals. You will not receive housekeeping every day but you can request it for a fee at the hotel, or just ask the front...
"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "
"Personnels très agréable et sympathique
Facile à s’y rendre
Chambre propre et fonctionnelle
Restauration impeccable et buffet du petit déjeuner parfait "

"The Pelican is relaxed and luxurious. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very good and provided good options for my dairy intolerance.
The outdoor pool with spa jets is a real highlight!"
"This hotel is a few minute walk to the train & bus station. A 5 minute walk gets you to the edge of the old town. In between you can find a cinema on the other side of the park and lots of shops and bistrots to choose from.
The staff is professional and will help guide you to usual tourist destinations or assist you to get a drink in the evening in their small bar area. The lobby, breakfast room and rooms are modernized. The rooms seem ample for EU standards. I didn’t have breakfast there but it’s 12 euros as of March 2025. I’d definitely return if I’m in town again. Many thanks to Marie for her help at the front desk during our visit. Do visit the lake if you have time. We walked along the lake to the edge of the town of Sevrier and enjoyed the change in mountain vistas as we got further from Annecy. "

"Super great location in Olde Town! Rooms are small, but come on....are you really there to stay hang out in a hotel room? Nope. The room had all that you would need (except no washclothes...we brought our own because of past experience in France). The bed, pillow, and comforter (no top sheet as in most hotels in this region of Europe) were very comfortable! We are each meal at a different cafe in Olde Town...a must! The morning market came alive our first morning transforming the streets completely. Very cool! If we return to Annecy, we will definitely be staying here again! "
