"I’ve been in a grill several times and this was my favourite hotel thus far! I was really pleased by the service compared to some other hotels and it was also very clean. I loved the beach area, there was so much room for lounging and so many options for the beach chairs. Such a beautiful beach they have, the ocean is of course amazing and the trees on the beach I just wonderful. The security guards made us feel very safe and a lot of the staff was very friendly. We would like to personally shout out to Donovan and Daniel who are the father son crafts business that are located on the beach of Cocoa Palm. They were absolutely wonderful so friendly and wonderful wholesome people and not pushy to buy anything. We would also like to shout out to Steve, who is a lifeguard on the beach, several of the staff at the continental breakfast were lovely, the ladies in the gift shop, all of the maids, and especially the front desk safe especially Christoper as well as the manager. We had an excellent time and the staff just made it even better. The only thing is that there is no gym at this hotel but it’s OK because there is the best outdoor gym called the exotic gym, about two minute walk to the right down the beach. I love the view from the third floor overlooking the ocean. It’s really nice to have the options of the pools even though we didn’t go in them. It’s a great option for kids. Highly recommend and we will be back to coco (: "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the S hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Deandra was nice to up grade our room. We were not expecting that. We was welcomed with a drink upon our arrival. Everyone was pleasant. Even when you walked in the hall the staff greeted you with a hello. The pool area was very nice. The weather wasn't too great but we made the best of what we had. We had lunch in the cafe and that was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. We will definitely visit again. "

"I traveled with my 14 year old daughter for spring break and everything was exceptional. This is my 5th resort stay in Jamaica and my absolute favorite for families. The food was the best I’ve experienced outside of the country. True Caribbean food and beautiful delicious exotic fruit, some I’ve never heard of. I didn’t have too many drinks because I was with my daughter, but the few I had were delicious. The customer service was phenomenal. We seen at least 4 beautiful weddings going on within 5 days. The weather was great, housekeeping came by everyday, we did mommy and me massages which was really good. The beach is large and beautiful and the pools are nice. So much to do, beautiful scenery, a lot of indoor and outdoor games, a lot of entertainment at the pool. The shows were really nice. I love the way the staff is so attentive to the adults and there little children. Security is everywhere and take there jobs seriously we felt very safe and comfortable.
