Kick back and relax on Amelia Island in our piece of oceanfront paradise. Watch pods of dolphins from the balcony or take a yoga break while listening to the waves. This spacious open floorpan located in one of America's favorite small towns invites you to sit back and relax during your time at the beach.

With three sofa sleepers (plus a master bedroom!) and two full baths, our spacious condo is perfect for large families, a group of friends, or those that simply want more space to spreadout!

A fully stocked kitchen invites family time together or use the Grills on the beach
for evening smore's.

Ocean views abound for morning coffee on the balcony, or an evening glass of wine.

And, for those days at the beach, its just 300 steps until you reach the sand!

Conveniently located at Main Beach, it is centrally situated on Amelia Island. It's just 1.8 miles to the historic downtown and about 2 miles north of the Ritz Carlton and Omni properties.

Great location!
Very spacious and clean! We loved the location and the view from the balcony is amazing! The elevator is directly across from the allocated parking spot which made loading in a breeze! One thing to be aware of is there is only 1 authorized parking spot. Thankfully the hotel next door allowed us to park our other vehicles but this may be an issue in busier times. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again. Thanks Sherri!

The property was very well situated. Our balcony faced the ocean so we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the restaurant next door. Inside it felt like home-cozy, open and comfortable.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, pool, or just relaxing on the balcony. The ocean views are amazing and the pool and beach were very easy to get to. Shops and resturants are within walking distance as well. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We had a wonderful vacation.

We loved the condo! The location is very close to a state park and the historic area. Sherri recommended David's for our anniversary dinner at it was amazing! The condo has a nice size closet and the whole place was clean and well stocked. The view was better than we expected. The beach is very close, but we spent most of the time at the pool. You can gain entry to the pool via the 1st floor or going outdie and going around the building. The key that opens the storage room also opens the door by the pool. I would definitely stay there again. You have 2 restaurants within walking distance and a put put golf right there as well. The historic area has a lot of cute boutiques and restaurants. Sherri was extremely easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was VRBO. I could access the attached forms from the movile site. You will need a pc.

Overall everything went well. We had trouble with the TVs and communicated this with the owner. She was very quick to reply and sent a maintenance guy over to check it out. She did her best to fix the problem. We didn't bother her again with the issue, just enjoyed the beach. All in all, it's a nice place with a great location and owners who respond quickly.
