Welcome to The Indigo House, a stunning vacation home nestled in a prime location just eight blocks from the beach. This spacious retreat showcases four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two luxuriously equipped bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed open-concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living area features comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment.

Step outside to the privacy-fenced backyard, where you'll find a heated saltwater pool, an inviting outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill for enjoyable al fresco dining. The professionally landscaped yard provides a serene setting for relaxation and entertainment.

The Indigo House is conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. With its tasteful decor and extensive amenities, including games and extra touches for a comfortable stay, this beach house is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

This property is exclusively managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jacksonville Beach. Our properties are meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed to have everything you may need to make your stay perfect. We have staff close by 24 hours a day for any issues or questions. Additionally, Welcome Home Rentals manages over forty vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach, offering two to eight-bedroom residences with heated pools, game rooms, and close proximity to all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:
The primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All pets must be approved, and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size, and number of pets.
All events must be approved.
Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. per a City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 - 9/15—contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use the pool at their own risk. ***

Birthday Reunion
The home is perfect. So updated and everything you can think of is already there. Just like home and that’s what we always look for. Proximity to the beach nice walk and only one block over is Margaritaville Hotel, great food and views. My hubby’s 70th BDay biggest reason with a mixture of kids and grandkids, even my 91 yr old Dad. Very comfortable and the pool is a must this time of year. Really all together even better than the photos! We were all very comfortable. Hope to return and will look for more Welcome Home Rental Properties 😃

Cozy Coastal Cottage
We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

A beautiful home and a great staycation!

Indigo House is wonderful!
This house is everything you see in the pictures… beautifully decorated, lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. It’s gorgeous inside and out and seems brand new. Master bath is amazing! The house is stocked with essentials to do dishes, laundry, have a cup of coffee, prepare a full meal, grill etc - rare for a VRBO, thank you to the owners/management company! The back yard was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, and the adults enjoyed morning coffee and evening wind down time. The house is in a nice community and is centrally located- easy to get to the beach, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. We stayed here for a weekend to visit family and wished we stayed longer. Thank you to the owner/ management company for making our stay so wonderful. We would love to come back!!

MUST STAY
Im very familiar with Jacksonville beaches and was a little reluctant to stay in this area. I stand corrected!!!!! This well-kept, perfectly located, and stunning home exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave!!! It is immaculate. The owners thought of everything and then some. It looks very small from the outside but the inside is roomy and full of natural light. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!

The check-in process was super easy and they were extremely happy to help…they had a ton of suggestions where to eat/drink. The house felt new and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard and the heated pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!!!!
