Welcome to the Vision House! The Vision House is a freshly renovated home that combines coastal vibes with casual elegance. *This home was just listed on the vacation rental market in May of 2023* The Vision House (coming from a man who had the vision to transform this house into something spectacular) features top of the line finishes, brand new appliances, furniture, bedding, floors, and everything in between. Make memories in this stunning home that offers 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, an open floor plan for entertaining and family gatherings and a private pool (not heated) located right off of the living room. This home is equipped with everything you need for that stress free relaxing vacation at the beach. After a day at the beach - an easy walk less than 2 blocks away - come home and relax in the elevated splash pool or enjoy a rousing game of foosball! Meal prep is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating options for dining. There is ample space for privacy when you want to retreat for a bit of quiet time too - choose one of the private porches or decks, the lovely private backyard, or sneak away for a solo walk on the beach.
The home is located on the Isle of Palms and offers complete privacy along with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife only minutes away - there's something for everyone! Historical Downtown Charleston is a short 20 minute drive away. Make your vacation at The Vision House one to remember!

*The pool is not heated.
*Cleaning info: In addition to the professional cleaning, we provide starter essentials such as two bath towels per person along with 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. We also provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dish detergent pods, one roll paper towels, 1-2 laundry pods, and a few trash brags. For longer stays, please plan to bring or purchase more of these items to accommodate your group for the week. There is a well-stocked grocery store on the island less than a mile away, as well as a butcher shop and a seafood shop. We do not provide beach towels. There is not a daily cleaning service, but there is a washer and dryer for your use.

House OK, property manager horrible
We had an issue with the house...things happen, not a big deal for us. The property manager, Robert with Agent Owned Realty Company, could not have been more rude, condescending and less helpful than he was during this interaction. We were ultimately refunded when the team acknowledged our concerns, but the experience with Robert was about the lowest I've been talked to in a long time. I would encourage people to stay at this house, as it was beautiful. I would also encourage property owners to understand who is representing them in these large transactions.

Beach Vacation
We just returned from a 10 day beach vacation. This house was perfect for our stay. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach, which was not crowded and so much fun for all of us! When we needed a change, the splash pool was the perfect place for the grandkids to play. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a drive to Charleston was so easy. The six of us had plenty of space and enjoyed our family time. We would definitely return!

Nice and close to the beach
This home was spacious and close to the beach access. The small pool with the adjacent covered porch was a great place for our family to spend time together off the beach. The home was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen had luxury appliances, but if you enjoy cooking the kitchen is basically supplied and only has a Kuerig coffee maker. The only improvement I would make is an outside area to rinse off from the beach.

There were 6 of us for 3 nights! We loved the house…the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. We enjoyed one day and all evenings by the pool and also went into Charleston one day.

Vision house and isle of palms exceeded our expectations in every way. Don't think twice before booking! Location is ideal, house and pool were all very clean, so much to do on the island and just over the bridge in Sullivan's and Mount pleasant. A plus all the way!

Lovely home
This is a very nice house and was just right for our extended family trip. Great location to the beach. Very nice kitchen. Bedrooms were great. Host was very accommodating and we were able to check in early with our 2 young children. This would be all 5 stars except that the floors were not clean at all. In fact, they were dirty. Which was odd because the rest of the house was very clean. And secondly, the listing shows a beautiful grass backyard when actually it is solid dirt and clearly used for dog(s). So unfortunately the kids were not able to play in the backyard. Other than that I can highly recommend this house

This house was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway with our adult children. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the deck with little plunge pool was the perfect escape when it was breezy at the beach. Everything is fairly new with huge open kitchen/family room and nice bathrooms - lots of room to have family meals and time together. A really nice stay in IOP!

Amazing House
This property is a MUST STAY. My family was extremely happy about this stay. The location was perfectly located near the beach. The house was in immaculate condition. Beautiful, well appointed, spacious property with management that was responsive and helpful. Excellent location with just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Only minor constuctive suggestions would be ensuring all beds had zippered mattress protectors and the couches and dining chair upholstery could use cleaning.

Our New Go to for IOP
Our family and another family go to IOP every year in October for Fall Break. We have stayed in various homes throughout the years, but never could find the perfect fit..until now. The floor plan on this home is perfect! We were able to have one family upstairs and one on main floor. The kitchen appliances are very high end and kitchen layout was great with large group. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and everyone got great sleep! The last item we all loved was the proximity to the beach...so close! It was an easy walk, even crossing over one main road. Everyone pretty much stops and lets you cross. We are excited to stay there again and again!

IOP 4th of July Quick Getaway
The house was a great fit for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The plunge pool was a nice feature and was well used during our hot July visit. Only feedback is that a large salad bowl would’ve been nice to have. Also, the king bed could use a quieter/less plastic sounding mattress protector. Other than that, the house had everything!
