Your kids will love the bunk bedroom as well as the playground, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer field and baseball/softball field & batting cages at the Isle of Palms Rec Center, which is 5 blocks from the house. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 6 minute walk from the house. Upon entering the home you will find a dining area, living room, a fully stocked kitchen and hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms in this unit are on the same floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway immediately in front of Unit B for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that long term tenants reside in the upstairs unit. Upstairs renters share the backyard with the downstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units - especially on the ceilings in The Blue Oyster - is to be expected.

Great Stay!
Nice condo and very close to beach. Place was nicely furnished and recently remodeled. Having a fenced in yard was great for our dog Teddy. Lots of things are walking distance from the condo including grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay here again!

Perfect vacation rental, lovely, large fenced in backyard, our pup loved it, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Very clean, great beds and furniture, love the couch especially. Host's were very accommodating, we booked extra days at the last min, didn't want to leave, beautiful beach minutes away. Very nice welcome gift also. Thank you, can't wait to return....
