Enjoy the best location in Pelican Bay in this renovated three-bedroom home. Steps from the private Pelican Bay pool and across the street from beach access. Enter the Victorian front porch with old fashioned swing. Home is newly expanded, renovated and decorated. Living - dining - kitchen area clad in shiplap with new hardwood floors. There are skylights in living room and kitchen for extra light. Living room has new queen sleeper sofa and new ceiling fan. Recently added solarium has hardwood floors and overlooks peaceful lagoon. This room has separate heat/air, ceiling fan, and can be closed off with glass panel pocket doors.

New expanded kitchen is fully stocked and comes with stainless appliances white cabinets, granite counters, ceiling fan, and kitchen island. There is also a TV in here. Updated powder room comes with granite counters. First floor Master includes king bed, ceiling fan, 2 closets, and newly renovated en suite bath with granite. Screened porch with ceiling fan can be reached from master or kitchen. New expanded deck overlooks lagoon. Living room, solarium, and master all have HGTVs. There is dedicated internet with WIFI. Home has 2 zone heat/air.

Second level has 2 more charming bedrooms with ceiling fans and new HDTVs. Front bedroom has queen bed. Back bedroom has twin beds and opens to deck overlooking lagoon. Washer and dryer are on this level. Newly updated hall bath with granite. All bedrooms have new carpet and are freshly painted. There is an enclosed exterior shower on the lower level with door to rear yard. new paver patio under deck is lighted. There will be an initial supply of towels, sheets, paper goods and products. Please enjoy our HOME while we can't be there!

Wild Dunes is located on the northeast end of the Isle of Palms. The private community boasts two excellent golf courses and 2 1/2 miles of beach. There are many restaurants in the community. The Village at Wild Dunes features shopping and the Sand and Sea Spa. Miles of bike trails run through Wild Dunes.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

wonderfully clean
This house was very clean and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our 2 friends who came from MI (and our daughter, her husband and their 2 daughters who came down from VA for a couple nights). The teen girls loved the little room off of the dining room where they slept. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful time and the house was great as well as its location. The only thing we experienced was the lights flickered quite a bit especially if an appliance was running . Not sure what that was about. Everything else about the house was great......we decorated and comfortable.

Great property- great stay
We had a very nice stay at 15 Pelican Reach. The property is updated and never clean. The proximity to the beach and pool (even though it was closed) are very convenient. The outside shower was great so I didn’t have to worry about brining sand into the house. There were board games, beach toys, rafts, and books available for use. We would definitely go back!

Second time renting this property in Wild Dunes. Both bathrooms completely remodeled and look great. Loved the handheld sprays in the baths which helped ensure that we and the property were sand free!

Great beach vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Bay. Beautiful home with great kitchen. We even saw the alligator on several occasions (but not too close!). Pool and beach very convenient. Hope to make this an annual trip!

Beautiful house with lots of comfortable places to lounge - both inside and out. The inside is bright and sunny, the bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Love the location on the lagoon. It was peaceful and quiet, but only a short walk to the beach. Wild Dunes is an amazing property!

When we got there, there was a sign that said guests not allowed to use the fireplace. I would put a blurb about that in the description so people are aware. I chose the house partially because of the fireplace. Everything else was great and we loved the house.

The house was perfect for our requirements.
Wild Dunes exceeded our expectations. We loved the location of the house and used both the pool and beach every day. The only problem was that the recycling bin was full when we arrived and not emptied until Wednesday afternoon. Trash pickup was fine. There was everything we needed in the house and it was thoroughly clean when we arrived.

Relaxing and quite beautiful beach house!
The house was updated and very relaxing for kids and family. The pool and beach are close to the house. It is a very quite and relaxing place and the beach was perfect for fishing and riding the waves. Beware of the large alligators in the lagoon. We will definitely come back!
