« Beautiful interior. Very thoughtful storage. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of good things: easy-to-use app for using garage, water temp, bathroom fan, ample lighting, charging cords, kitchen bar, thermostat worked, vent locations, available board games, comfy beds, soft sheets, fast wifi, etc. One possible negative: no tv in the house. »

« The house is warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and, WOW what a view. The house is spacious and quiet even being on the main road. The kitchen is well stocked, and has high end appliances, (nice washer and dryer in a closet I would call every woman's dream) The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and shower, (with an abundance of plush bath towels) and the beds are cozy and comfortable. « Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby.
