If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. No mention of this in any way on the posting. Intended deception. They refused to provide a refund or any rebate when contacted. Also, the smell of gas the entire time there. They have a heating...

« This is a great place to stay when you're visiting Joshua Tree National Park or just catching a live show at Pappy and Harriett's. The cafes nearby are excellent! Air conditioning definitely appreciated since it was so hot. Loved sitting in the backyard at night looking at the stars. »
