« This was a nice condo complex with ample room for multiple families that affords privacy between floors of the unit. Ample living area complete with extra games, puzzles and blankets. « Our family loved this location for our week rental. The proximity to the private beach was perfect for quick trips with the kids without the stress of a “beach day” the location is right between Rehoboth and Bethany and was a great place to rest and recover at nap time. « I had to give 4 stars on cleanliness only because the cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing the place for new guests, beds were not made and blankets and pillows were piled in the closet clearly used and not folded or ready, floors were not cleaned and counters had some food stuck to them as well. « Our family had a great time away from the Midwest to experience the ocean and beach while in DC for our daughter's special occasion. Kimberly's communication was as fantastic as our stay! Easy walk to the beach or bay with the chairs and umbrellas and cart we were allowed to use. Condo was clean and decor was very nice!
