"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. The went above and beyond to make sure we were always professionally taken care of. 10/10"

"The front desk staff was beyond excellent. Anna even helped me take our bags up to our room. They were very helpful each interaction and set this hotel apart on our trip. We missed the information that there is paid parking for £20 and instead paid for a spot close by for £13 but really wished we’d just parked at the hotel. It is very close to the castle, but there are A LOT of stairs to get there along with the Royal Mile. There are a lot of restaurants close by and souvenir shops as well."

"This hotel is in a great location and everything is super nice and clean inside! We loved the bar in the lobby and the free espresso machine was perfect. My only complaint would be that the TV was a little confusing and it was often very complicated to connect with AirPlay. "
