First off this is a second floor property and the elevator was inaccessible when we got there. We called the owner and she said she would have someone out within 45 minutes for us to use the elevator. No one ever showed up so we had to haul all our luggage, coolers, etc up the stairs. After check-in, the receptionist was nowhere to be found for the rest of our stay, and the place felt a bit deserted. Most amenities weren't available, and the furniture was quite old and outdated.
