« Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. »

« Nice secluded location. We liked the location for fishing, access to the beach is 1.3 miles down the road at Blind pass where parking is $5/hr or you can bike. Bring a hot plate if you want to cook other than the microwave. The lanai is nice but no see ums can get in we used it for storage of fishing gear »

« Nice owner remodeled unit, a few oops, but overall acceptable and very clean. A few amenity touches would be great- robe hooks and more towel racks in the bathrooms; TP holder in the smaller bath. Small but adequate for a short stay. Very nice owner & great communication! Thanks!! »

« Place is ok and the bikes are great! The biggest issue is that the drywall between units is so thin you hear everything from the other units. »

« We loved our stay in Sanibel. This property is adorable and a short bike ride to the beach and restaurants. The Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only negative was no closet or rack to hang clothes on. That being said, it’s the beach so I probably shouldn’t bring wrinkle prone clothing. Having the bikes was a very nice addition! »
