"Lovely apartment in Queenstown. Everything you need in the apartment including heated towel rail! Be aware you have to carry your luggage up steps or a ramp from the underground carpark. No lifts. Great views. There was even a gas heater that looked like a real fire! Novelty for us people who come from cairns. "

I was impressed by their commitment to do right by me — it would have been much easier for them to just call maintenance and leave it for Monday. "
