« The location is perfect, close to everything and you can walk if you choose. Beach access is steps away from the front door. Beautiful condo, very well done and beautifully decorated. The fireplace is amazing and came in handy since it was chilly. Would stay here again. »

« This property was so perfect for my family! It was very clean, the kitchen was full of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. We really enjoyed the double living rooms! SO MANY BATHROOMS! The outdoor shower was fantastic for eveyone to rinse off after the beach! The outdoor deck area was perfect, we enjoyed breakfast outside almost every morning without bugs bothering us. The golf cart is a NECESSITY! Golf carts seem to be the main way of transportation on the island. The was beautiful, not crowded...

« There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. « I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. It had a mini fridge, stocked with water, coffee maker, with coffee provided, and some snacks. The bathroom was nice, with nice towels, even a dark cloth for make-up.
