"This hotel is a great location with an 8 minute walk to the center of the city. Walking along the harbor avoids most hills except a large set of stairs to go up and down. Parking is included underground in the building which is great. It would have been hard to navigate the narrow streets in the city center to get in and out with a car. The staff were very helpful with taxi’s restaurant reservations and tour drivers. The breakfast room was nice and the food served was good and fresh. The rooms were modern and clean. The only thing I would note is that our room smelled very musty throughout. Our family member’s room next door did not have this smell but instead would get an occasional sewer smell. There had just been a lot of rain so I don’t know if this played a role or if it is always like this. Regardless, we would still recommend this hotel and had a great time in Angra. Such a beautiful city"

"Great people, great hospitality. Very helpful with everything. The location is convenient, and it's an easy find. Great pricing compared to other stays as well. I broke my phone on the island, and I was unable to get access to my plane tickets or my email. The staff, especially Filipa, was so nice enough to let me use their computer, log into my email, and print my tickets. Also gave me more information on finding my family chronological records in Sao Sebastian and Porto Judeu. Overall, this stay mended every unfortunate event that happened on my trip. "

"Staff was exceedingly kind, friendly, and understanding. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was great. We had some extenuating circumstances with a delayed flight, and the hotel allowed us an extra one hoimur beyond our normal checkout time for free. It was much appreciated!"

"Hotel rules. Hugo at the front desk gave us great spots to go eat. Gym is decent for a hotel gym. Nice pool and hottub. Breakfast was good."
