« This is a great spot for meeting fellow travelers and organizing tours from. Like others have said, definitely a party hostel with free drinks from 7-11 pm. The private room bed we had was pretty hard, so a little rough sleep. Breakfast and coffee included in your stay. There are quite a few restaurants nearby or its an easy ride into El Nido town proper. »

« The worst DIVE ever. Upon walking in to the area, it was completely nasty. Was offered a room without air conditioning. Are you serious in the Philippines!. « Susan was a very warm and lovely hostess. She prepared breakfast very lovingly and also responded to our wishes. She also gave us good tips on the best places to go and did our laundry for a small fee. My room was very small. Walls/ foundation is leaking. Constantly had ants and a lizard in the room. Best to put out the trash can! Air conditioning was extremely loud, but also from the other rooms, making it impossible to sleep at night (even my bed vibrated). Unfortunately no mirror in the room...

« En voyage à El Nino, nous avons tout adoré à The Cavern : - la gentillesse et les bons conseils de AJ & AJ (les deux propriétaires californiens de lieu) - les chambres dortoirs : extrêmement propres, lits ultra confortables, seulement 4 personnes par chambre, salle de bain nickel, espace très bien pensé ... - les petits déjeuners : les pancakes sont absolument délicieux et le energy bowl est très bon aussi - prix vraiment raisonnable par rapport à la qualité du lieu N'hésitez pas, foncez...

« Nice concept but difficult to access from outside and also from within. The views are great from the property and the breakfast is decent as well. However, the access road is a dirt road and it gets herculean to reach the reception. The worse is the access to the rooms who hbrequirs climbing about 50 steps to the reception area and another 50 from the room to the bathroom/toilets. The restroom facilities are quite dirty as well. »
