« The Apple Tree Inn is a lovely property. You will not enjoy it. An email came today (late October), the inn proudly announcing live music almost every night of the week. Until 1 AM! We were there in early September when there was live music only on Wednesday and Saturday though nothing was said on the inn's website. Be careful if you are offered a for pay upgrade. « Beware! When booking this hotel on Expedia it is not clear what property you will be staying at. The Beekman Arms main in is the country's oldest hotel,cand we thought we were booked there. Never having been, we were unaware of the different properties. Our room ended up being in Germond house, a somewhat characterless property a block and a half away, a disappointing surprise.
