Welcome to the Pease Haven! A one-story 3 bedroom house features Historic touches with a modern twist. It is located in the quaint Eastwood neighborhood which is in proximity to all major sports Venues, Downtown Houston and UH. Close to several restaurants and bars, a short drive to the Texas Medical Center, NGY Stadium and Galleria. Easy access to all major highways with lots restaurants and attractions around.

Awesome house
The house was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway with family. It was located in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit! Loved it and highly recommend

Very quiet neighborhood. Wish there had been better kitchen items. We are a family of four and there was not enough dishes. drinking cups as well no teaspoons but enough chop sticks. Bedding one blanket per bed flat pillows. couch did not recline. We had a daughter with us with stage 4 cancer and it was not comfortable for her. Also, there is a person living in the garage behind the house. She was very quiet but, we were little concerned when we seen her walking to the gate. should have been told that there was a resident living there.

Exactly what we expected
Property was exactly what was described and shown on listing. Neighborhood was great and we got to talk to a couple of the neighbors and they were super friendly as well. Overall perfect experience.

Great location!
I would have given our stay 5 stars except some items in the house were not working well. The kitchen faucet was very loose and the front door was almost impossible to lock. I am aware the host is working on fixing these issues so it’s possible they will be repaired quickly.

Great neighborhood and clean home
The home was very comfortable and clean. There were no face cloths and we could not get that resolved. We were not able to get the television to show anything except the Home Screen. We didn’t ask for assistance with the tv as we had other things to do. It seemed as if it could not load anything. The internet was great for working!

would like some form of refund
the key meant to unlock the front gate did not work at all, forcing us to jump the gate. there were roaches in the rooms. the door to the master bedroom quite literally does not fit the frame, and the hinges to the door of the front room WERE NOT EVEN ON THE DOOR. the door was attached by a total of three screws. the toilet was clogged from toilet and pee so we couldnt even use the bathroom and had to share the bathroom in the master bed.
