"The location is convenient if you have to fly out of LAX. The shuttle service runs every hour so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, the hotel can get pretty hectic, but the staff is professional and work quickly. The downside to that fast service is that the customer service suffers. When I checked in, the staff members spoke really fast, was not very warm or friendly, but had that cold professional tone/manner. "

"The check in person was very sweet and accomodating. I got a really nice room spacious and clean. Love this property will definitely book for future stays. Also I love that it its away from the Main Street where all hotels are at but yet still close to the airport. So you can avoid all traffic and chaos when checking in. "

"A great place to stay. It's in the middle of Hollywood (that's also its downside). Hollywood isn't what it used to be, so it's a little depressing now."

"Nice clean hotel. Close to Universal Studios. Parking had Tesla charging in the garage and Superchargers right next to the hotel. Only 2 complaints. The daily parking rate quoted on Hotels.com said $39 but hotel charged $47 + taxes. The person at the front desk did take care of this for me which was great. The only other issue was it was very inconvenient to unload our luggage from our car. Because we did not want to do valet service we were told we could not park in front of the hotel lobby so we had to move to the other side of the roundabout. And when my 13 year-old daughter went and asked to get a luggage cart she was told she could not take one and that they would send someone over, but they never did. But overall, nice hotel."

"Cute little hotel. a very old building with old school feel with some nice updates. We loved the balcony overlooking the street and view of the downtown cityscapes. We stayed here for a concert next door and ur was perfect. The rooftop lounge and pool looked fun too it we didn’t get a chance to check it out. Overall I’d stay here again! "
