The grounds around the property were nice but unfortunately it was very noisy very early each day. The unit backs up to a well-traveled road and although conveniently across from the pool, that means loud leaf blowing at 7am. Just bad luck and obviously temporary but there was also construction starting at 7:30 each morning about 40-50 feet away from our bedroom. Otherwise the condo is clean and was perfect for our party of 3\. Appliances are a little outdated but adequate. Great value for the money. Loved all the trees and how quiet the area was otherwise. Even on Saturdays. Not a very quiet environment at all.Also the outdoor deck was not clean nor were the outdoor furniture and furniture cushions, a result of construction dust no doubt. ##### Ron G.
