The private pool is 110” wide by 172” long and is located under the home providing privacy and comfort on a hot summer day. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The entry way staircase leads you to the first floor where an open floor plan living/dining area makes entertaining easy. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, and the kitchen island features additional seating next to the dining room, allowing all guests to dine together. Outside, a screened-in patio offers an additional dining option or the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee. The living room features a smart TV and queen-sized sleeper sofa. Down the hall, bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a smart TV and ensuite. The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower which also connects to the hallway for guest use.
