This villa is great for family vacations or a relaxing couples trip!

Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach buggy stored in a convenient beach locker near the private boardwalk to the beach!

This lovely two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the second floor and our resort does have elevators. This building has a lovely indoor pool area with hot tub, kiddie pool, workout room, and sauna - all free to guests.

Den is equipped with Cable TV and Roku. We also have a DVD player and DVD library for your convenience.

We also offer free high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else!

The master bedroom has cable television, a Roku and a king size bed for your comfort. There is also an attached private bath with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed making it sleep 4. There is cable TV with Roku. Another full bath is just outside the door.

There are 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool for rainy days. Our poolside grill, Beach Bear, is located at building one. Bike rental is available on site at building two. And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s beach bar and grill with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five to six minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. We also have a free beach shuttle and free parking for up to two vehicles.

Nice but long walk to beach
The room is located in the building that hosts the indoor pool, track, hot tub, etc. It's pretty humid inside with no outdoor/open air balcony. The condo is very compact for six adults/teenagers but we made it work. The complex is huge and is quite a walk to the beach over the boardwalk- probably half a mile from the room. The wagon is a life saver. We enjoyed our time but would probably opt for an ocean rental next time to avoid the walk. Great commutation from our host. Rented bikes on site- very affordable. Thanks!

The room I booked was nice and clean. My family enjoyed all the amenities. The food at the bar/store is good. The only issue I had was the puddles of water around the indoor pool. It accumulated throughout the week and no one cleaned it. All I could think about was how much germs are in those puddles every time my kids went there to swim.

Great girls getaway!
Spent the week here for a summer break trip. The location is perfect and everything was amazing. The place was clean and spacious! The only drawback is that there are no washer/dryer in the villas. They are laundry rooms in each building. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location!
The condo was extremely clean and nice. The boardwalk was fantastic and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. were very useful and helpful. Would highly recommend.
