Dog Friendly Coligny Beach Townhouse - Minutes from the Beach!

Welcome to 22 Beach Arbor Villas, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly (with a small fee) townhouse in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the weekend and easily walk to anything you need! The townhouse is a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, The Bank Beer Garden, Sea Pines and more.

The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 making it great for family and friends (plus your dog!) looking to get away to the beach for all occasions. Both bedrooms have been updated with newer mattresses and beds.

The well equipped kitchen provides you all the comforts of home. Don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer set is available in the unit for your convenience.

The complex also has a family friendly private pool located just down the path from the front door.

Parking is conveniently located just steps from the front door of the unit.

Please note the following:
- We allow ONE dog at a time in the unit. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please reach out before booking to discuss
- There is a $125 additional fee for bringing your dog with you. Dogs MUST be disclosed in your reservation during the booking process
- Failure to disclose that you're traveling with a dog may result in a $200 fee
- Please, no dogs on the furniture. Failure to comply with rule may result in an additional fee
- There are cameras located at the front and rear doors for security purposes

Very Nice in Coligny
I truly enjoyed this property. It was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the public beach access which was very nice. We were able to walk our small dog without worry of a lot of traffic due to the quiet residential location. The condo was clean and spacious with access to a pool that was not over crowded and quiet. The owners were amazing to work with and responded to all of our questions when asked. I hope to stay here again!

The owners are EXTREMELY responsive and FAST to respond if you have questions. The location is wonderful and great for walking your dog! Disappointed that a couple of issues we brought to the property managers attention weren’t fixed before we showed up or during our stay. Convenient, Clean and Highly Functional w/ Great Owners!
First, the owners and the property manager are unbelievably responsive. We had no problems, but we had a few questions, and both the owners and their local property manager responded to us within minutes. A++ for that! The unit had everything you need to start your stay and cleaning supplies for longer stays. The unit is an end unit (so there is no one above you or below you as with some units in the complex) and as a result, is very quiet. Very convenient, one block from Low Country Celebration Park -- great place to stroll or walk the dog and another block to Coligny Plaza and beach. The unit itself is clean and neat if not "fancy". AC and heat are very efficient and quiet; master bed was very comfortable (didn't use the others). Some finishings and baths were dated, but nevertheless clean and functional without any problems. All in all, a really nice unit in a great location with excellent owners and property manager. Definitely recommend this listing.

Thank you RJ and Kathy for allowing us to spend our Christmas holiday in your townhouse. It was the absolute best location!!!!!! So close to the park (walked there everyday with our dog), shops, bars, restaurants and sand. Truly could not pick a better spot. Loved the outside area for our dog and even met neighbors and their dogs!! My only teeny tiny suggestion would be maybe get a Brita water filter for the unit. We are big water drinkers and were bummed when we arrived to see nothing filtered. But it was an easy remedy to hit up the Piggly Wiggly the next day (and of course so close!!) Thanks again!!! We had an incredible week!!!

Perfect location to experience HHI
We have been coming to HHI for many years and this latest find for us has bern the best. The owners communicate with you before and during the stay. The location is excellent as we walked our dog to the beach every day, golf courses are short drive away and restaurants in the area are too many to mention. Living quarters were second to none and the beds were so comfortable , 3 showers kept things running smooth. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there in the kitchen, washed and dried clothes while staying there….just a straight up 5 star experience

The Perfect Spot
The location of this condo couldn’t be better. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. No driving necessary. Very convenient for people with a dog as the first-floor patio door opens up to a large grassy yard equipped with a cleanup station. The three full bathrooms were great, allowing everyone to get ready faster with no-wait showering. Owners were always quick to respond to questions. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful hosts, everything was stocked in the kitchen, the master bath shower was amazing. It was also stocked with all essential items like toilet paper, shampooer, conditioner and body wash. The location is the n walking distance to the beach, Coligny place and the park. Also a gd location to travel to any part of the island in a vehicle. Gave it 4 stars only because it could be a little more comfortable in the living room and master bedroom. The hosts are great and answer all your concerns immediately. Hilton Head is amazing and we will be back next year.
