Enjoy the amazing golf course and lagoon views from this second-floor villa in Plantation Club, part of the Sea Pines community. Two pool complexes are available for cooling off and relaxing. You'll be just around the corner from the Sea Pines Bike Rental kiosk and a short walk to the Atlantic Dunes/Heron Point Golf Clubhouse, which has dining facilities. The Sea Pines Beach Club, which features various dining options, is also within walking distance. Shopping and restaurants are just a bike ride away at Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town, and South Beach Marina. Other destinations along the miles of walking/bike paths inside Sea Pines include the Lawton Stables and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

Decorated in coastal colors, the well-equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living room/ dining area with a 44-inch TV.

The large bedrooms have luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the primary has a TV and a private bathroom.

Watching the golfers hit their shots to the 9th green of the Davis Love Atlantic Dunes course from the balcony is an enjoyable way to spend part of a sunny afternoon. This condo is steps away from the Sea Pines bike rental, and a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. It's about a ten-minute bike ride to Harbor Town, and maybe 15-20 minutes to South Beach. All in all, an outstanding location.

The Perfect Location in Hilton Head
This is a great property in an outstanding location, with an excellent view of the 9th fairway of the Davis Love Atlantic Dunes course. It's a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, and other HHI areas. A couple of issues: The address is listed as 22 Lighthouse Road. Google Maps shows 22 Lighthouse Road as one of the first buildings in the Plantation Club villas, closer to the Greenwood traffic circle. This unit is actually at 10 Lighthouse Road. Secondly, there was no notification within the condo as to what the WiFi login was. We had to call the main office, and the person who took the call had to do some investigating before getting us the information. Not a major deal, but again, it would've made life a little easier. But besides those small "inconveniences," we would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Hilton Head. We've stayed in this area for the last three years and wouldn't pick any other place. It really is the best location, and the condo itself made for a great trip.

Nice place, good location, needs some maintenance
We enjoyed our stay at this location - the place was as expected, it was clean, it was what we needed. The owner needs to repair the electrical outlets - most of the outlets only one of the two plug-ins worked. This was an annoyance finding enough places to charge devices and use computers, etc...

Spent over an hour cleaning the place after we checked in. Old appliances and some furniture worn. Too many issues to name but here are a few: Sliding door very difficult to open/close and frequently came off its track. Blinds wouldn't shut. One toilet didn't flush properly, Washer was at least 30yrs old so we didn't trust it for anything besides towels. Local property manager Vacasa was unresponsive when we asked 3 times for a different place.

Great stay. The only thing is that it is a bit more dated than it shows on line but overall, very clean, bright and sunny with a lovely view of the golf course and fabulous location. Would stay again.

The location of this property is great. The condo was very clean. The shower and kitchen fixtures need updating. I asked the property manager if beach chairs came with the property and they said no. When we got there, there was a closet full of chairs.

Nice Condo/Great Location
We have been staying in the Plantation Club area in Sea Pines for several years. We love the proximity to the Beach Club, Harbourtown and South Beach (all easy bike rides with the Beach Club being the closest and South Beach being the furthest). Our stay was only 3 nights, so we didn't spend much time in the condo. But for our purposes, it was fine. One note, there were quite a few bugs coming from the garbage disposal when we checked in. We cleaned the area under the rubber drain which helped.

Sea Pines is amazing
Everything was absolutely wonderful overall and we mostly loved the location so close to the beach and great place to ride bikes. The only room for improvement would be the exact location to pick up car passes! I ended up and had to pay an additional eight dollars to get through the gate the first time to realize I didn’t need to pay it to come back around and go to the exterior. The road name they left is actually called a different name! Our GPS did not pick it up. This needs to be corrected ASAP! We did actually call VRBO And they were not helpful at all. It should be made clear that you must go to a certain location first before going through Sea Pines gated entry. This is all very confusing for a first timer!

Timely and Relaxing experience
The property was a welcoming space pretty much as shown. The major areas were cleaned, but there were nuances that keep us from giving a perfect review. The dishes and silverware weren't cleaned and glassware was found in the back of the dishwasher broken. The comforter in the king bedroom had visible stains. A towel rack was missing in the main bathroom. Lastly, the cable for the TV in the living room didn't work. When we contacted the Vacasa office during business hours no one responded to us at all. Overall, the space and location were well worth the time spent and we would return.

Extremely easy to rent the property. Note to owner; cleaning service missed under your furniture leaving Cheerios. If left it could lead to bugs. Not a big deal as I am a mom and it was easy to clean. But check your service to prevent a bigger issue later.

Nice location and spacious 2 bedroom, but cleanliness and communication issues
The villa is spacious with a very pretty view. However; upon arrival there were lots of dead ants along the walls and the comforter on the bed was visibly soiled. During Covid ( or anytime ) I would expect all linens to be washed between guests. We removed all comforters from beds and I contacted vacasa as advised via text Sat. morning. I received a reply early evening that local management would be contacted. I did not here back from anyone locally. So, we just used the sheets and swept the ants as best we could. Management at the local level not responsive. Also, had WiFi issues. Difficult if trying to work from laptop.

Condo is fine
The condo is sufficient enough. Nothing fancy but cozy. This is my first visit to Hilton Head. There were things I liked about it and things I really didn’t like. There is beach access at “The Beach Cllub” which is within walking distance from condo but in order to park there you have to get there before 10 am and be part of the first 50 cars and we did not know any of this until some other residents told us about it. The beach is wide and beautiful and not crowded. You can’t see the ocean from any road access so there is no “cruising the strip.” We did not have good luck with food. Nick’s was awful and over-priced. “The Crazy Crab” was good but we had to wait for 2 hours. “Salty Dog” at Tanger Outlet had amazing pizza but when we went to the one on the bay it was so crowded we couldn’t even park. Everything seems to be hidden at Hilton Head. There are alligators everywhere!! I was scared to run the trails and they have really beautiful trails. Bikes are everywhere. Hilton Head is all about round-abouts and it’s easy to get confused on which way to go. It’s all about what you prefer I guess. I think it’s safe to say I will not be back. It’s really expensive. If you play golf be prepared to pay $$$$$. The golf course right behind the condo is wayyyy expensive.!!!

Overall Good, Needs Some TLC
The property as a whole is a great little place. I will say it was clean, with the exception of dirty dishes in the cabinet and a dirty cookie sheet in the oven drawer. Upon arrival, we made note of various things mostly just to have as a record. The first minor inconvenience was the sliding door, the lock for the inside was broken, with a small metal mechanism that made it almost impossible to lock or unlock. Once we accomplished that, we discovered the door was off track and difficult to even open and close without fear it was going to fall off. There were a few other minor things, such as outlets not working in the master bedroom, the ceiling in the laundry room could use an update as it has stains and not solid. The bathrooms need to be updated, but they are clean. The kitchen could use an update as well. Overall it is a great location, great view off the back deck of the golf course and backside of the golf club, it was clean, with the exception of the dirty dishes. I documented all the above noted with photos upon arrival and as they were discovered. I did address that specific issue with the management and was only offered to have housekeeping come out, which was useless as we were checking out the next day. I did ask to have the late check out fee ($80) waived due to the inconveniences but was never returned a phone call. In the end, we enjoyed our overall stay.

Wonderful view!
This was a great place to stay! Perfect location! It was a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to Harbour Town. The place was clean and beautifully painted and very beachy in its decor. It was a wonderful Labor Day weekend trip for our family.
