« The young woman who checked us in (we didn't get her name), she was just great. Made sure we got checked in, knew about bathrooms, started a fire for smores, and just overall great host. This was a neat experience, and we would do it again. It's not as remote as we thought and we could hear the traffic from the highway. But overall it's a nice property and experience. »

« This place was awesome as far as the tents and beds and all that. Very comfortable sleeping quarters. All of the beds were amazing! The staff was nice and friendly. It wasn’t too far from the west entrance to yellowstone. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the restroom situation. They are in the progress of getting the toilets and showers built. In the mean time they have portable ones in place. I would totally stay there again though! »

« The location is perfect, close to the lake and easy access to Yellowstone Park. We enjoyed being away from the crowds of Yellowstone /West Yellowstone. The only complaint - the bathroom window had no curtain so we had to create one with a towel and the oven was unusable due to a significant amount of grease. »

« My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Moose on the Loose Lodge - did actually see a momma moose and her 2 babies one morning as we were leaving for Yellowstone. Great location as it was only 20 minutes to West Yellowstone and West entrance! We chose this place for the size of beds as our family is all well over 6’ - the beds were 2 queens and a king. After spending all day in the park, we were able to come back to the lodge and just relax on the comfy couch and chairs in the evenings....
