Nos merveilleux cottages à Hawkesbury Valley

"Si l'accueil a été sympathique par un jeune homme trés impliqué, ce n'était pas le cas le soir du concert où la personne à l'accueil était trés trés désagréable quand on a du réclamer un sèche cheveux car ils sont sur demande. Lors du check out, personne n'était là. La chambre était très sale (draps tachés, moquette hors d'usage et immonde) micro douche et micro lavabo. bref une chambre de passage qui a la chance d'être à coté du stade ce qui est pratique aprés un concert."

"Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per night, more expensive than downtown Disney 6) there’s nothing around…it’s a dead business city with not many restaurant options. 7) had to call 3 times for a dish towel…they brought me one on the 3rd that was dirty with a hole in it? they didn’t see that?? Would not go back again. Very disappointed."
