30 day rental only. Located in a peaceful gathering of homes near the water, this newly-built home is perfect for those seeking a serene retreat. This home sits within walking distance of Kokololio Beach Park as well as a shopping center for essentials and popular local eateries. Venture out a bit to discover a number of local attractions including the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, a 4,000-acre private nature reserve and working cattle ranch, Tropical Farms Macadamia Nuts, and Turtle Bay Resort, all within 20 mile.

Inside this single-level condo, discover a sunny and welcoming interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a plush sofa bed and a TV for relaxing evenings in.

This home also includes a private washer/dryer to let you keep your swimsuits bright and clean during your stay!

Short stay to Goodbye
We were there to get my son ready for school and to see my oldest. It was a quick and emotional trip. The place was great, location was great, everything was great except for the people upstairs. I swear someone let a heard of elephants free in the small apt upstairs. It was horrible. I was waiting for someone to fall through the ceiling. The TV was even shaking back and forth. There was no point watching cause you could not hear anything over the stomping and pounding anyway. But again other than that the apt was great. It was clean, up to date, had necessary daily items. It did have 2 coffee makers (keurig and Mr. Coffee) but you will need to bring your own coffee (there was none). It was clean and had plenty of room. I think we just got bad upstairs renters as i don't think it is always like that. Host was very good at communication. He would get back to you right away. I would definitely stay there again if no one is in the upstairs.

Excellent location
The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of beautiful beaches and hiking trails, and across the street from Tamura's Market and Long's Drugs. The property was new and clean. Brian was very responsive when we had questions at the beginning of our stay, replying within minutes to my text messages. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend the place.

Great place, great host
We loved the location of this place. The beach was a walk through the yard. Perfect! The host was amazingly helpful with questions that we had. Everything was new and nice. The only problem was no AC. We thought that wouldn’t be a problem since the island breezes can usually keep things cool, but it really was warm, even with all the windows open and fans blowing all night long. Must have been a hotter than usual time of the year.

Great place to stay
The location of this property is prime, just a few minutes away from the PCC. The condo is new and clean, and the property is laid out nicely, with a short walk across the lawn to get to the beach. The hosts were great with communication and even came out quickly to resolve a simple issue. It was the perfect place for our family to stay on our vacation.
