« Clean, well provisioned property for a family holiday dinner. Plenty of space for adult children and grandchildren to visit and have Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of extras for little things that you forget such as: spices, body soap, garbage bags etc. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stress free visit. We will definitely visit again. »

We had a small problem in 1 area of the house that we were in communication with the manager/owner of the house who was quick to respond. Loved the fireplace that was easy to use , beds were super comfortable with nice linens, tvs also easy to use. Very easy check-out, Overall had a great stay, will defitinely use again. »

« This is a great way to mix a little getaway without being completely away from civilization. The cabin has so much space for the price, and the wifi is great (which is excellent bc zero service in that spot ha). There are enough woods to walk around, but not so much you get lost. I liked that we could get to Cullman pretty quickly and also escape back to our spot in an instant. The “waterfall” was a nice touch to listen to in the peace of the night. »

I contacted the owner on a Thursday night and she promptly went out and bought us a new one, even though I told her the next morning would be fine. « I love that every single time I choose red roof in hartselle, my room is clean. Not only is it clean but the sheets and pillow cases are clean and have a clean smell and feel with no stains or holes. Bathrooms and showers remain clean. And unlike a lot of other places, you can actually walk on the hardwood floors with no socks and have no residue or crumbs or dirt on your feet. They mop the floors well and sweep. Tables are clean and polished. Microwaves are always clean. No stains. No anything....

When I complained about paying full price for less than adequate service, the staff was unresponsive. »
