« Un hôtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accès direct au hall d’exposition juste à côté. Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état. « Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »

« Lovely old building. My room was spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. It was very convenient for the convention centre and there was plenty of parking space. It was a little tatty in places. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. »
