I could go on and on but Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel. Bugs on bedding, no trash can,wreacked of smoke in room, no towels, dirty floors, black mold everywhere in bathroom shower curtain was disgusting…. Very dissatisfied.

This was the most disgusting place I think I have ever seen. There were holes in the sheets and stains also. The room smelled of marijuana. We didn’t stay of course and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Might have been one of the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room smelled like mothballs mixed with smoke. We had to purchase air fresheners to help. All the towels had stains on them. The tub had stains. There was at least a half of an inch of space under the door which let bugs into the room. The last issue is not the fault of the hotel, but the cadis flies were so bad all over the exterior lights. You couldn't walk to your car without being swarmed by them.

My sheets and pillow cases had blood stains and other stains on them. There were ants in my room (the third floor), the room smelled vaguely like cigarettes, the bathroom lacked toilet paper, the floors were gross and the AC unit stopped working. The platform for the third floor had a puddle of urine on it. The elevators were rickety and jostled.

The check-in person was very friendly. We had two rooms. One the key didn’t work and had to wait for help. That room had many issues with falling ceiling tiles, stained tub, broken towel rack and no smoke detector. The second room was somewhat better. The floor tiles were loose and coming up when you walked on them. The rooms were in the back of the hotel and there was no lighting on the walkway to get to the rooms. It was after 10 and very dark.

room was dirty. Bathroom had brown dropping on floor, wasn't about to try to clean up-looked like poop. Had requested 1st floor because of trouble walking. Didn't get it. Made room reservation months ago. First room they put me in, the window only had a screen-I was in downtown Harrisburg-not a nice place to be alone. Then got a different room-at opposite end on 2 buildings and having to make 2 trips each time. Key didn't work so every time I left room-had to go to oppisite of two buildings to get let back in. Absolutely horrible place to stay.

Mice and cockroaches were in our room. There was a rat trap with a dead mouse in it, behind the bed in our room. We could not sleep because we heard mice running across the floor all night long. Also cockroaches were in our room. The manager was kind enough to refund us for our first night's stay, but we canceled our reservation after the first night and moved to a different hotel.

When I got there it had blood on the floor in the bathroom the floors were dirty the toilet wasn’t clean and had pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet along with feces it had cockroaches. I arrived late in the night when I went to get my money back no one would answer the front desk even ringing a bunch of times.

TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE. All the rooms stink of smoking or alcohol even though we booked non smoking rooms. Very dirty rooms, beddings and washrooms. Stains all over. When I complained to one of the staffs about all this, i was told “people smoke in the rooms, its not our fault. Just walk away, you are making me angry by saying all this, i am going to get very mad at you if you do not walk away right now ” Very unsafe feeling, DO NOT ever book this property, not even for free especially if you are with family or kids.

Easy check in , however, garbage everywhere around outside area cans full, signs falling off waĺls, door appeared to be kicked in wouldnt double lock, large gap at bottom, ac rattled like an old movie of one on the fritz in 200 heat. C onvienent and cheap, wouldnt take any family there at all. Brkfst is a joke
