"The accommodation did not send us an email in advance that no one would man the check in, and did not give us any information of getting key from the key Safe. Lucky that we called before arriving - but the information we got was all wrong (the man told us key safe B and apartment on 1/F; turned out it was Safe A and G/F apartment) The apartment did not bear a name and was not visible from outside; the street plate was old and worn out. We spent 15 min finding the apartment around the streets...
