« Overall great stay at Folly Field. The house was the perfect size for our family group of 11. We enjoyed the heated pool and plentiful beach accessories. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. A few things by the pool did not work - tv and propane fire pit - but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. »

« The owners provide everything one could possibly need: well-stocked kitchen, good linens, comfy beds and furniture, large dining table, and a beautiful beach. Edisto is great with zero crowds and just enough to do if you’re looking for a relaxing and very low-key few days away. We hope to return next December for our 50th. »

« This was our 2nd year at this house. You simply can not beat the price for this location. Sunrises from the deck are AMAZING!!! The kitchen/living/dining is open and filled with window to take in the ocean view from every room. We definitely recommend this house. Parking underneath the house on the concrete pad is not advisable without an SUV or truck. You’ll bottom out you car and may cause expensive damage. You’d be better off parking on the street. »

« It’s not often you find a beautifully appointed home that also has a private pool. The kitchen has everything for cooking your fresh catch or local shrimp you just brought home. We enjoyed h’ordouves and drinks on the screened in porch overlooking the pool after a day at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. « This was a great property for the price. The location is great, and the house is fully furnished. The owners are in the process of upgrading, so there are a few things that show their age. Our only issues were cleaning-related. There were obvious stains on a set of sheets, and some bathmats that smelled strongly of urine (dog?). Apart from those issues, our stay was pleasant. »
