The location of this hotel was perfect, being located within Old Quarter meant walking distance to many markets, food options, etc but still being far enough out to avoid a noisy sleep. Jacky & the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful recommending day tours to Ha Long Bay and other amazing acitivities! Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.

What the property lacked in facilities, which they are in the midst of renovating, the staff truly made up for. As we only slept there is was fine for us. The hotel is close to the Old Quarter for easy access for walking and eating. Looking forward to seeing the hotel completed on our next holiday.

I would definitely recommend staying here! It is conveniently located right in the old quarter. Easy for walking around & sight seeing. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Everything from picking us up from the airport to looking after any tours we wanted to go on, all for a reasonable price. The room was a very nice size with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was good & had a lot of options. 2 thumbs up! You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

Splendid Premium Hotel is the place to be 5 stars This place is awesome!!! From the time you check in to the time you check out the team led by Mr Lee are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the happy hour drinks at the rooftop bar watching the sunset was definitely a highlight!!! The location is where you want to be, its central to everything . Great hotel in the old quarter . The location of the hotel is amazing. A walking distance from numerous main attraction points . Our room was well-appointed, very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect with quality linens. Dining room was lovely, great views, plentiful selection for breakfast. A great rooftop bar & Swimming Pool overlooking the city . Great location but there was construction going on while we were there so lots of banging. We had to stay in 2 different rooms and both had horrendous shower drainage - water everywhere. Water pressure also wasn’t the best and they didn’t provide refillable water for drinking… so constantly on the hunt for big bottles.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff’s attitude truly impressed me. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever I needed, from check-in to throughout my stay. I could easily access various tourist spots without worrying about time or traffic. Would recommend, some wear and tear
Overall would recommend Splendid Premium Hotel for the quality customer service, the great location, and the solid breakfast. Everyone we encountered from the reception staff to the room cleaners have been incredibly helpful and hard working. The towels were lush and comfortable, beds clean. That said, I think our room (206) was a little sad - it’s a room without a window and no decor, you could see some general wear, and the floors, tub, and toilet could have used some attention to detail - all acceptable, but could have been cleaner. Maybe the other rooms are better. All that said, we would recommend for quality customer service and location alone, with a small heads up to have measured expectations of a hotel with some wear and tear that could use some updating.

The rooms are a bit small. But, the staff provided impeccable friendly service that is beyond normal staff. The staff all seemed to be interested in you as a person not a one.time fly-by- night traveler. The only complaint I have is the top Administration who you don’t meet miss calculated room charges and double it, but did not change it. But however, I stayed more nights and did not pay at least I don’t think I was charged.
