Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment situated in a well-maintained 10-story building. Enjoy the convenience of a fast, state-of-the-art elevator as you make your way to our cozy residence, located on the 6th floor just steps away from the elevator.
With approximately 1300 square feet of spaciousness, our apartment offers ample room for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for those planning extended visits.
You'll find our kitchen to be fully equipped with modern amenities, ensuring that you can prepare meals and experience the utmost comfort throughout your stay, whether it's a short-term or long-term arrangement.

Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

There is no cable tv or air conditioning in this house.
365x is a professional Airbnb company registered in Nova Scotia and include taxes accordingly.
Washer & Dryer is shared in the basement.

In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
Monthly rate is $100, daily rate is $10.
