The Cottage more than met our needs as we ate out and were too tired when we got back from Big East & Kennisis Lakes to use the hot Tub, TV or the BBQ. Large living/dining with the very bedrooms separate from the communal area. The winterized bunkie was perfect and great for additional privacy. « We had a beautiful white Christmas at this cottage! We got to play a lot with the snow in the backyard, skate on the frozen lake and then stay cozy inside! Kitchen was well equipped! It’s good to keep in mind that the gazebo is not usable during winter (even though there’s a fireplace inside) and the fireplace inside the house was for decoration only. The one you can use is at the “man cave”, but firewood isn’t provided. Overall the experience was great and we would come back! »

« This is such a cool place to stay. It’s huge and airy. The screened-in porch is a marvel! So much space! Likewise the bedrooms. The decor is rustic (just what we want in a country place) but very comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is also huge. Ideal for kids to run around in. And the dock is lovely, as is the private beach.The owners are kind and responsive. »

« Although the yard was enjoyable, this listing is far from how it’s shown. One disappointment after the other. I’m unsure how this space for any 5 star reviews. Although James was responsive during our stay as I was listing issues throughout the entire weekend, nothing has been done to compensate us. « Cet établissement se veut très raffiné, mais ils admettent des chauffeurs de camions qui passent la nuit à se promener par les couloirs en buvant de l alcool et en criant sans que personne leur dise de se taire.... Les chambres sont mal isolées et on entend tous les bruits de l extérieur, les meubles vieux et défraichis.... vraiment très décevant. La seule bonne chose est la piscine et le sauna, mais je préfère mille fois une bonne nuit de sommeil et non pas une baignade. Ah, le gazon du golf...
