« Very clean home, plenty of room for our big family reunion. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, bakeware and huge pantry. The 3 floors were nice to have quiet when needed. Loved having not only a private beach, but also a clubhouse and pools. Amazing place to stay! »

« Modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Took advantage of pickleball, basketball, playground, deck, firepits, slides, and pool/hot tub. Loved the entryway hooks and cubbies for towels, jackets, purses, shoes, etc. Amazing view. Explored the community on our ebike. Checked out the private beach access but it was not suitable for our group due to being a muddy marsh with no sand. »

« We had a great time at the property. It was clean and well-stocked. We all had fun playing corn hole and spike ball in the back yard and the older kids enjoyed playing in the creek. The cabin ended up being a good fit for the older teens. There are a lot of smart things done in the main living space and dining room that allowed more people to fit and visit together than you would think. We would definitely book again. »

« Our family returned to the Bear Lake area to share our ancestral history (N-1 Ranch) with our daughters, sons-in-law(s) and 4 grandsons, aged 6,4,3,1 1/2. We loved this home & the hosts were extremely welcoming (and patient), since out little guys were quite rambunctious after 3+ hoursin our caravan! « We booked this last minute on a whim. The property was everything it advertised. The owner accommodated a later checkout so we could enjoy the lake another day. The home has 180* views of the lake from the open great room/kitchen/dining area. The beds were all comfortable but the porch was my favorite part! Views for days. The checkout requirements were so simple. We will be back! »
