Our sweet yet spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is conveniently located in Midtown GSO, just minutes from Downtown, Tanger Center, Greensboro Aquatic Center, UNCG, Elon Law School & access to Wendover, Bryan Blvd., Piedmont Triad International Airport, I-40 & I-73. Great house for Soccer at Bryan Park
My daughter goes to Greensboro every April for a soccer showcase. This is the first year we did a VRBO…. Game changer! Two bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer to wash those uniforms! Great location, we went to Costco to get pre-made meals so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Super close to Friendly shopping area. Also Hops burgers on Spring st. Caroline was awesome! We changed plans to drive home instead of flying home, she refunded me the last night as we were leaving a day earlier. We’ll be looking to stay there again next year!

Adorable property in great area with great hosts!
Wonderful time staying at this property! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, we were blown away by how well-stocked and clean the space was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra blankets and pillows. The bed was comfy and we slept soundly each night of our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location, too - the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located near plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood, Caroline has all the supplies needed during the stay including items you forget such as tooth brush/toothpaste. It was clean with smart TVs in each room. She was very attentive the entire stay. Instructions were clear for check in/out. We hope to stay here again.

Poor customer service and sub-par overall stay
We checked in late and had ease checking in and finding the property. However, we were not very impressed with the actual property compared to the pictures on the listing and the communication from the host was not very great or accommodating. I would not stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for!
My teenage daughter and I were looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting Greensboro. This property was exactly what we were looking for. The property was exactly as advertised and was close to everything. It was clean with easy check in and out. It was apparent from the moment we got there that the owner put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay. Every place I looked, I was surprised by another well thought out detail that the owner had in place from tea and coffee in the kitchen down to q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and would rent it again in a heart beat if we go to Greensboro again.

I was very pleased with my communication with the owner in answering my questions as well as the ease of check-in and instructions. The property was very clean. The price certainly beats that of one night in a decent hotel in the area. Give this a try!
