Le sette meraviglie
1, L’agente immobiliare e’ stato ripetutamente scortese nelle sue risposte imprecise e grossolane vi email e per telefono. 2. La proprietaria molto invadente trova spesso una scusa per entrare in casa a farsi i fatti tuoi. 3. La villa e’ piena di gatti che gironzolano intorno e se lasci i cuscini del divanetto da giardino fuori mentre ceni dentro, spesso li trovi macchiati delle urine dei gatti. 4. Abbiamo trovato un topo in piscina il primo giorno, topino di campagna che poi e’ scappato. 5. In casa fa caldo e l’aria condizionata e’ solo al piano terra e quando esci va chiusa per regolamento. 6. La piscina e’ molto piccola quasi una vasca 7. La villa e’ distante almeno 30-45 minuti di auto da un mare bello. Quello vicino e’ di colore opaco scuro, pieno di alghe e spesso sporco.

A nice villa, perfectly located
Me and my family rented this villa for a week. The villa was really nice and clean with all the essentials you need. A wonderful garden with a pool and three very nice terraces with stunning views. The villa look exactly as it does in the pictures. It is perfectly located close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurangs. The owner is really friendly and helpful. We can really recommend this villa!

Great hospitality from the owner and nice villa
Property was clean and well maintained as in the picture. Anastasia the owner has given it a personal touch, was very helpful and welcoming. We had an earlier flight back home, she made an effort to come at 5:30am to say goodbye.

Just perfect!
This villa is just perfect and our holidays there become just amazing! We love Crete and the are of Chania! The best! The house is fantastic for relax,outdoor moment in pool and bbq,stunning sea view, super equipped and ideal location within walking distance to really everything!

You will not regret of this villa!
I can highly recommend this villa and we had a great time there! The beautiful pictures are completely true. I picked this villa for it's modern/luxury style and great view.The house is charming,very clean and It has a nice garden with several seats and a nice swimming pool. The view of mountains,sea, olive hills is amazing!.Big plus was the BBQ area where we had great outdoor dinner My family and I were not disappointed. The owner is very friendly. She meets and welcomes you upon your arrival. I will reccomend this villa to everyboby !!

Incredible beautiful villa and place!
The villa was well situated in a quiet lane just outside Maleme It was peaceful and well equipped with a good range of terraces to sit out on The pool was big enough to enjoy it.Location is great because you have everything within walking distance ( beach,restaurants,market,bus stop etc), the house very clean,amazing view, everything was really perfect!I want to come back for sure!

wonderful vaccation
"We spent wonderful time at this great place. The villa is tastefully decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located in Maleme and close to everything within walking distance ( this is a big plus because yo can walk to beach,market,bar.,restaurant,bus stop etc). It is surrounded by olive trees,nature and an amazing scenery of mountains and sea view. It is a place where you find restfulness and relaxation . It has a nice garden and outdoor area with several seats and a big swimming pool. We love to have dinner oustside with BBQ! The place itself is great, clean and well equipped 5 stars and I will come back for sure !
